Kent Connects Partnership Support Officer 2017/18
My role involves supporting the Kent Connects Partnership in delivering cost savings to its Partners across Kent and Medway. From day to day, I am involved in maintaining Kent Connects’ online presence, including websites and our Partners portal which is used to share documents and resources.
Furthermore, I am responsible for supporting and organising a number of technical and non-technical groups and Boards enabling Partners to work together towards shared objectives far more efficiently.
As well as the administrative side of my job, I am involved in a number of more technical projects both internally and with Partners including the migration from our old Portal onto a brand new, SharePoint-based one which requires many of the skills that I’ve learned in my Computer Science course at university to be applied including Web Development and Software Engineering.
